Avaya AURA H.323 and SIP Telephone Management

iNEMSOFT’s Endpoint Manager makes it easy to automate the upgrade and management of H.323 and SIP stations across multiple Avaya Aura® communication servers. The EM puts you in the driver seat and simplifies even the most complex tasks during upgrades and migrations. With the Endpoint Manager you can make a significant impact on your business by eliminating the outages typically associated with system migration, network failures, scheduled maintenance and firmware upgrades. The Endpoint Manager (EM) is an adjunct solution to Avaya Aura. The EM is an enterprise management server enabling Avaya customers to manage their Avaya Aura endpoints across multiple Avaya Aura CM serving sites. The EM enables effective disaster recovery practices by applying precise rules for operations, management, discovery, validation and remediation of Avaya Aura endpoints. The EM enables the enterprise to globally manage tens of thousands of endpoints even if distributed across multiple contact centers and Avaya Communication Manager severs.


Easy-to-Use Dashboard

The iNEMSOFT ClassOne® Endpoint Manager incorporates an easy-to-use, 360-degree graphical dashboard showing all telephone endpoints on your network. You’ll see the status, distribution and the precise number of registered endpoints for each managed serving site and switch site.

Centralized Administration

iNEMSOFT ClassOne® Endpoint Manager allows you to perform switch over operations and to manage configurations centrally, including serving site, line of business, firmware versions, telephone groups, profiles and switching-site assignments – on demand and automatically. You can globally manage all initialization processes, routine restoration of services and management of a telephone endpoint or group of endpoints. Fail over settings and rules can be applied to an individual telephone endpoint, a group of telephones or an entire line of business.

Centralized Data Storage

System administration and configuration information is maintained in a relational database that imposes centralized control and reduces data redundancy and inconsistencies. You’ll realize improved data integrity and more efficient data management. You can easily add or remove IP telephones from the database and change the configuration settings you store.

Broad Scalability

The iNEMSOFT ClassOne® Endpoint Manager can be economically scaled from a small local implementation to an enterprise-wide solution that is capable of managing large volumes of telephone setting requests and firmware downloads.

Disaster Recovery Capabilities

The iNEMSOFT ClassOne® Endpoint Manager can be configured with redundant servers for higher availability and can be distributed or virtualized to multiple sites across multiple servers for disaster recovery and business continuity. Service failures and alarms are reported to the network management toolset, e.g. SNMP Manager, as well as to the Endpoint Manager relational database. This allows you to view system alarms and to respond promptly to critical events. In addition, you can configure each IP telephone for fail over to multiple instances of Avaya Aura® Communication Manager for improved business continuity.
